5.1 - SPC Fields

When uploading a SPC the following fields are available to complete:

 SPC Tab Fields

 Field Title

 Field Type

 Description

 Upload   SPC

 Document

 Simple .pdf document upload

 Change   Reasons*

 Multi-select

 Users can provide reasons for adding or replacing the SPC.   The user is presented with a dropdown menu of options

 Document   History   (Public)

 Text

 Users can provide additional reasons for adding or replacing a   document. This is a free text box


Field marked with an * are mandatory. Note that “Change Reasons*” will not appear for a first upload.
