6.1 - PIL and XPIL Fields
When uploading a PIL the following fields are available to complete. Please note that submitting an XPIL takes place entirely in the PIL tab. The two aspects are part of the same update process and the XPIL is part of the PIL submission form.

Package Leaflet Title* | Free Text | The title of the PIL |
Upload PIL* | Document | “Choose file” field to upload new or updated .pdf PIL |
Change Reasons* | Multi-select | Reasons for change selected when updating document |
Document History (Public) | Text | Users can provide additional reasons for adding or replacing a document. This is a free text box |
XPIL* | Radio | Select “XPIL not required” or “Check to manually create an XPIL” |
XPIL data | Rich text | Text field for XPIL Content |
Revisions | Button | View previous versions of the PIL, rollback to and delete specific versions (including document history). |
Delete | Button | Permanently deletes the PIL, including it’s document history. |
Fields marked with an * are mandatory. Note that “Change Reasons*” will not appear for a first upload.
